I understand that this request will result in only an estimate of my pension benefit and that the calculation will be subject to corrections(s). Additionally, I understand that I am responsible to advise the Plan of any errors in the data used or plan provisions applied in this calculation. Further I understand that my actual benefit will be provided by the Plan at the time of my termination from employment with the City of Boca Raton or entry into the Deferred Retirement Option Program (DROP).
